The Importance of Diversity in Healthcare Services
The end goal is improving health outcomes for the patients. Another measure I use is saving and efficiencies. Whatever we are implementing, is it sustainable? Is it helping us to be reduced? Our carbon footprint as an organization. And it's easy to align these to the organization's goal. These are the cost saving efficiencies, patient first, sustainability. These are end goals of the NHS as national organization and many of the regional organizations as well. So that must be the goal or one of the outcome of any digital transformation program.
