Retail has been on an interesting, inclined decline, explosion revolution over the last 20 years. It's still one of those things th hotels are often more digidly enabled than stores. The future retail is agility - being able to change two situations without locking itself into a five year plan. I think it's always going to be about the human you know, like a fully, a fully automated shop where robots come in and pick things up. But ultimately, that's still in serviceof of the snacks you want at two o'clock in the morning cuseyouve been playing play station, or the serial you want for the kids.
