The current version is open source and the sort of next version we're working on will be open source as soon as it's more complete. We anticipate there will be lots of different mechanisms used for different use cases. So I wouldn't say there's a one size fits all answer to that question. Certainly in terms of all this sort of ZK, light client bridging stuff that everybody's doing these days, I think there's a lot of interesting potential applications therethat I don't really delve into the details myself. Well, thank you so much Brian and Jeremy for coming on the show and sharing with us all your work on Risk Zero as well as your journey to work in this field
In this week’s episode, Anna and Guillermo chat with Brian Retford and Jeremy Bruestle from RISC Zero. They discuss their previous work in cloud infrastructure and how ZK offered unique solutions to long standing scaling problems. They cover topics like RISC-V, building VMs, and how RISC Zero aims to build a system which could support a decentralized public cloud.
