Anita's Testimony in the New York Times

Anita's testimony placed her in a cultural fire storm, both in regard to ginger and race. She didn't anticipate the number of black people who believed she was the name of known conservative attorney thomas. Anita found comfort in an ad published in the new york times, african american women in defence of ourselves. After her initial testimony, she started getting phone calls and letters, people wanting to share their stories of sexual assault and harassment with her.
