i think about, i have a couple of thoughts. One is the idea that as soon as the athlete starts that throw and the ball is set in motion, everything that's inserted into that system is going to detract from the potential of the throw. How do we cultivate that obsessiveness that can lead to greatness in athletes? Make an environment in which they can be themselves, makean environment in which the art of it is embraced and enjoyed. And i think that's something like my goal at the gim right now is to make them fall in love with movement in general. Like, what can you do with your body? How can you fall in love With What Your Body Can Do?
