The Uncertainty Range of Offshore Wind

The US has some of the best solar and wind resources on the planet. Even accounting for additional costs associated with storage and transmission, they're just incredibly cost effectiveresources. I didn't see a specific amount of capacity or generation modeled for offshore wind in this report. It looks like it's actually a very modest amount coming out in this model.
