The air line industry was also hit with those early retirements. The airlines just really didn't have the the employees, or the amount of employes in order to service all these flights that people were a buying tickets for. In other industries they might saya, guess what? You know, overtime,. But in that industry, you know, overtime is not really a thing, is is my understanding; so you can't solve that problem with just adding more hours to the people who are there. It's pretty tight regulations because of safety concerns.
