The Problem With Measureability Bias

There's a tendency to only consider the things that you can measure and leave out others, says David Frum. The problem with measureability bias is that people focus their attention on what gets measured - marginalizing all other aspects of work. If an organization incentivises one thing at the expense of another, then it may not be working as well as expected.
