How Do You Know if You're in a Leadership Roll?
Pete: It really depends on the culture of the company. If you're in a creative environment, 're going to start up,. You're in a somewhere. And i just really think it depends on who you're working with and how comfortable you are in the environment. The thing that burns you, and that i've seen more times than i can count, is when a leader's reputation would start being talked about at the water cooler. That could be disastrous for somebody's leadership career. I'm conflicted on this too, but i definitely lean toward transparency.
