How to Make a Deal Work for Your Client

This property is in Philadelphia. It was originally listed for 1.2 million. The seller wasn't willing to compromise on price because they figured they could just take it back to market and see if they could do it with somebody else, maybe even a cash buyer. I proposed seller financing. So basically all said and done, I got him a 3% interest rate in a market where 7.5 was the going rate.
