Influencers and Political Integrity

This chapter examines the ethical challenges surrounding the 'Stability and Integrity' campaign in Romania, where influencers inadvertently pushed content for a political agenda without disclosing their paid partnership. It also explores the dynamics of social media in politics, particularly the rise of TikTok candidate Colin Georgescu amidst allegations of foreign interference and the resultant public outcry following the election's cancellation.
