Why Do We Need a Network of Small Abetoirs in the UK?
There are very few of these small scale abetoirs left in the UK. So why do we need a network of small abatoirs in this country? A recent survey showed that 66 % of respondents say their supply chain relies on a local abatoire. If we want local meat, we've got to have a localaat so we need the government to honor the funding pledges that they're made to small abeoirs. The best way to ensure capture of carbon in the soil is to move from arable to grass. But being vegan is less efficient than eating a small amount of meat because an awful lot of meat is default meat.
