The focus really is just keeping your carbs lo gis, i want to have a bullet point. I think a lot of people fail on these diets because they're always hidy. You got to eat a big meal, then you won't be hungry, you won't be constantly snacking. And even it could be as simple as, like, if you want to have eggs and bacon for breakfast, great, avacato with it. A if you're going to do three eggs, maybe just add an extra egg.
