Two of the country's deadliest residential fires in recent history. In philadelphia, a fire in an apartment building killed 12 people, including nine children. And four days later, 17 people dead, more than 60 injured, in an apartment fire in bronk sunday. Both fires happened in low income housing properties in poor areas of two of our as cities.
