Learning Objectives

There are definitely sometimes learners who don't have any idea of what they should be working on, or maybe it's their first rotation. I think when it comes to the learning objective itself in my mind, and even verbally articulated with the student, you know, some of the great verbs from Bloom's Taxonomy will come to play. You may have one learning objective where a student lists something and then also a higher level learning objective where they have to compare and contrast two things. It is more so just, hey, we're gonna have this conversation about it, and then for me, I just keep track of the goals and the broader goal, and then the specific learning objective on a note
