Kensington Borough Council 'Failed to Accept' Community Aid

Kensington chelsea council failed to accept aid from other borough councils. Council leadership apparently believed that they would be able to handle the situation amongst themselves. There was no visible coordination local businesses or clubs to support survivors. And while charities and businesses offered financial assistance, the council didn't have a clear plan for organizing these efforts. They already felt like outsiders in the richest borough in london, now their needs were being met with empty promises.
