I wanted to talk also about am strategy six that talked about starting, start practising new habits of speech. And you encourage faculty to help students make the transition to college academics by talking about campus resources in positive ways rather than as a last resort. Have you found that these strategies have helped build bridges with your colleagues across campus? Ye, i think so. I can't say that my strategies were the impulse behind some of connections that have been built in recent years but it's definitely part of the conversation.
