Studying English as a Second Language
The idea of combining the English study and the SE study so that it's one in the same. If you're trying to be an SE in a foreign language I would look at those talk tracks as a goldmine these are perfect example sentences for me to practice and try to use. So all you have to do then is spend maybe 15 or 20 minutes working on a part of English that is difficult for you by repeating them out loud. It will eventually become automatic after doing this while translating things into your head.
