How Does the Ministry of the Elders Afflict Unnecessary Loads?

Rebecca: How does the ministry of these brothers and sisters alleviated unnecessary burdens on you? Mark: Well, there's just things that we wouldn't have been able to at least coordinate and maybe we wouldn't happen at all if the elders had to do them. Rebecca: Is there a temptation as a church grows larger to staphify these kinds of things? Mark: I'm not saying there's not a place for staff, but I can see that temptation for churches as they grow larger and to rely less.
