The case originated in the eastern district of new york, which is the federal jurisdiction. Each state breaks their jurisdiction up into geographic districts. Eastern and western district is like the southern tier out to ohio. So the eastern district generated the bellenger case. Ino law enforcement and and the armed forces are breeding grounds for these ideologies. And they always have been, and unfortunately, always will be.
