Rush Limbaugh's 'Oh, There's a Black President'

Limbaugh: The idea of like, oh, there's a black president. We're going to need more hate groups, guys. There is a black president who in his actual policies is not wildly different from George H.W. Bush. Limbaugh was talking about the fact that Al Sharpton, Barack Obama and Al Sharpton had like a public series of arguments, right? I think Sharpton was backing Hillary at first.
