The Importance of Passive Investments

You want to make sure if you're active in your business and you're working on it that it's not marked passive because that's one check mark can cost you a lot of money. And then the third thing I mentioned which is passing things on, I think everyone should set up a trust. There's no tax benefits of having a trust. A trust simply just hold your assets. These are tax as an LLC. Pass through entities for tax purposes. Cool.
