i feel like my story to day is kind of the perfect continuation of this discussion. There was a movie about this that came out, and i never watched it. And then i said, i hate that story so much. It makes me so mad. I tried to watch the movie, but i couldn't do it. So in april of this year, friend of the show, alison tallman, who was in gaslet, and if you haven't seen gaslet, it's amazing. She's so good in it. And she basely pitched this story. The idea of people exerting control over other people are still relevant these days.
