How Do You Take Your Product From New to Maturate?
Brian: My primary responsibility is over our digital sales. And I distill my job down to taking listings or channels from new or launching to mature. The drinkware industry, stainless steel in particular, is just such a massive market. Our team at this point will sell eight or nine million units this year and will be well into the double digits next year with millions of units. Mike: How do we create product that unlocks new categories on Amazon and D2C that will continue growing the business? It's just not in our DNA to have modest growth. We want to keep big growth going.
