Caterpillar: A Bad Sign for the Global Economy

After that last break that we had, and Cat was one of the stronger issues, it didn't peak when the general market peaked. It peaked several months later. This is a bad sign for the global economy. And I think we could be marking a significant high in the S&P's if we take out 3800 to finally taking out the October lows.
