Alex jones was found guilty of defaming parents in a defamation case. His lawyer sat there doing nothing as his client was ambushed on the stand. The judge told him to turn over documents that he should have turned over during discovery but did not do it on purpose. Jones tried to defend himself, but by this time 'the ship had sailed', says Sarah Curnow.
