Let the Emotions Out. That's a Good Sign

If you start a conversation and they look unfriendly, then you need to ask questions. You just keep going until they really become open. They're not emotional any more. They seem very relaxed and open and calm. When the emotion calms down, then it's time. A good sign is when they ask you for advice or your opinion.
