Feback inform treatment is one approach to a broader idea called reaching ou commonitor, where you have clients assess their own sense of well being. The research suggests that feedback and form treatment by itself does not lead to observable changes in client outcomes. But it can in conjunction with something like deliberate practice. And so fe bacinform treatment is one small part of a bigger picture that leads to improvement, improved client outcomes.
