Give people a chance to try your product or service out for a decent amount of time with no pressure and you'll make more money than if you had no triad period. But you can go overboard in this. I remember a while back, I had a strategic alliance with someone in another country where he offered his customers a full money back guarantee. He was providing no questions asked, unconditional for a full year. A little research after the fact found out that they weren't that unhappy with the service but the offer for a full refund, no questions asked was just too good to pass up. So the takeaway is protect yourself as well as your customers.
