How to Speed Up Development of More Homes and Condos
We need to speed it up the cycle time from idea to handing the keys over to the family. We don't want an ugly city, but we do need more density. I lived for 20 years in Lawrence Park in North Toronto and God bless them neighbors who live on this expensive dirt. There's so many examples of how increasing density attracts services that make our neighborhoods worth living in.
