Cannibalism

This is not going to be a broad survey of every type and instance of cannibalism that's ever existed. We're not interested here in the aberrant acts of a few psychotics. These aren't acts that enjoy general social approval. And these next two episodes, this one here on cannibalism and the next one on sacrifice, are about social violence, institutionalized violence which almost everyone accepts as legitimate or doesn't consider it worth energetically opposing.
