What Makes for a Great Engineering Company?
Engineers are typically known for being introverts. To be able to own your own business, you really need to be an extraverted introvert. There's too many zoom calls and there's too many meetings in the engineering world. I miss sitting across the conference table and bessing a little bit before the meeting starts. And i think that thi is kind of more of what I do.
