The First Arrest for the Criminal Use of Chat GPT in China

The first person to be charged with using chat GPT to spread fake news is from Ganzhu province in this northern part of China. Chat GPT is not open for mainland China's IP address and Hong Kong IP address. So it was not that China banned the chat GPT, but internet safety guys can always use VPN services. There are plenty of ways to work around it.
