Is There a Lever of Investment?
The stages of investment for me are usually around how big the opportunity is, how much of that opportunity needs to be broken into smaller pieces. And I think we were doing that at one point where from a little bit of a top down perspective, we were just making bets that in the grand scheme of things didn't have any evidence that it was going to work. So we've been trying to avoid that as we move forward and make sure we're always getting that little bit of learning and confidence to keep moving in that same direction.
