Crystal: I just watched this documentary called Coded Bias. It talks about how the lack of racial diversity and the existence of like unconscious bias in tech leads to such real life consequences. Unconscious bias can lead to things like someone going to jail for something that they didn't do, she says. Crystal: Sometimes we have to really look at an objective piece of truth versus a subjective one.
