Is This Really Terrorist Content?
The EU passed a law in 2017 that has only been implemented into law in about half of the member states. It includes things like incitement to terrorist activities, but also kind of a much broader category of glorification of terrorist activity. A police force can send an order directly to a content host saying this material is we have decided unilaterally terrorist content and it must be removed within one hour.
