How to Deal With a Learning Disability

Vastly: I had no problem reading strength and conditioning content. Three, four, five times. But not for those other things. So if my learning disability delays, whatever they wanna say they are, are true. And I had to do it five times more than say somebody else was. That's why I've gotten so good at strength coaching because maybe it would take someone else less time but I spent so much time doing it that I really figured out and learned it.
