What Do You Tell Your Children About God?

The flood story makes a certain amount of sense, and you can understand why people would tell that story. But the problem there, i think, is the a signals that children will get about what god is like. We want our kids to have a connection to god, but we want that connection to be healthy and happy and celebrate their humanity,. while also honoring some of the traditions that christianity is is known for.
