Is the Policy Impacting African Students?

African students often have to leave China once their official period of PhD or doctoral study has been completed. This means that they are back in their African countries having not received any PhD qualification. And so then this makes it very difficult for them to move on with their lives, particularly in the academic space. The policy is not designed to impact African students in any particular way and applies across all students.
