There is no perfect food, so you have to eat a wide variety just to get all your nutrients. Wich like fruits and vegetables actually have thousands of vital chemicals. We think about that whenever we're developing new foods. The goal really is to provide a variety, because we have to be able to meet the needs of many different people. And they're a captive audience. Once they go into space fight, we can't send anything else. So it's not like going to the grocery store an you can pick what you want that day.
