The statistics are often going to be more concerned with things like mold remediation and moisture control and fumigation than the private equity firms. Remember, we're talking about roughly 100 financial sponsors out there in North America that are in one degree or another attempting to get in a pest control business. And every one of them has fairing levels of sophistication as well as has done appropriate research. But it's been demonstrated that thus far there has been a handful of these guys to get in and there will be another handful more that will. So buyers, after you've told your potential sellers to listen to episode 118, just tell them not to listen to 119.
