The COV value is the cash of evaluation, that people are paying on existing reserve prices. Currently in the current market, when a sector is like a district, particularly like un-mokier or some township that has very mature pricing - which is today and at all time high. So do we then have actually a real discount on this BTO prices that I actually launched, especially in the last exercise?
