Is There a New Encyclical From the Pope?

Media has profoundly changed the papacy, but it's profoundly changed the laity as well. The way that we listen to the Pope is very different. I don't remember ever in my adult life, a pastor saying, there's a new encyclical from the Pope. Now they're so long that only a small handful of people read the whole thing. And when that happens, they actually lose a lot of effectiveness.
