The Logic of the Methyl Trap

If you're supplementing with five-MTHF and you have a severe methyl trap, then you will never be able to convert that five-methyl THF to THF. So it does make sense that if you're trying to reverse that methyl trap, you want folate acid. Folic acid is one thing you could use. I don't see why you couldn't use like phyllinic acid. You just can't use methyl folate. All right, so... I mean that part makes sense. And then I guess with that imply that you need to megadose polych acid? That's a valid puzzling statement.
