The Middle Managers, the Middle Out

Rob Cross: I find myself wanting to title this podcast in praise of the middle managers, the middle out. My argument that, you know, middle out leadership is where it and that comes from my work on org network analysis. He says there's a lot more going on in organization networks and his job.
