The Benefits of the Carnivore Diet

Anyone that has chronic illness should try the carnivore diet. Almost all autoimmune stems from some gut imbalance or gut dysbiosis. Most of our neurotransmitters, which helps our mental health, is in the gut. As you heal a lot of the inflammation in the brain, so if you reduce the inflammation by eating, I think meat is the lowest inflammatory diet.
