The Importance of Policies and Procedures
How many companies are still hindered by decades-old legacy systems that are actually hindering their employees from getting their job done? Well, a hundred percent. We just have these outdated policies and procedures so often. A lot of times they're just outdated. They don't serve what we intended in the first place or that reason is no longer there. So I do always recommend and it's hard because everyone's busy. No one has enough staff the whole bit,. But really trying to assess your policies and procedures every year, maybe every six months if you even can.
