i don't think he thinks life should be scrutinized in that way. That because it gets in the way of what we the things that are most vital about it. There is this this strand of thinking where, like william blake, for instance, sort of championed lucifern in this way. And i guess freud read nichi, even though he, freud says that nicha didn't influence him, but it's hard not to see a very similar idea in freud.
