I'd Really Love to Sell My Duplex
i'd really love to sell my house to free up more time to execute on some of the balls that are being dropped right now with radical personal finance. i called my brother, who owns a duplex and was doing a survey of what he's wrenting it out for. And then al of a suden i realized that his tenant had just moved from the other side of his duplex. Just looking at that, i instantly knew it would work. I instantly it was a good plan.
