The Supervisional View of Biblical Inspiration

There's a way that you can view biblical inspiration that, well, really, it's just a nuanced view where you take it. And this is what Dr. Craig, Dr. William Ling Craig calls a supervisional or supervision type of views of inspiration. So if we do take a theological approach to the story of Noah and the flood narrative, why shouldn't we do that for the rest of the Bible? How do you respond to that?
